890bd Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 890bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 890bd website, mobile-browser platform, and all associated services, including casino gaming, sports betting, promotional offers, and customer support. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet on 890bd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 890bd platform. 890bd reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these eligibility criteria. Any balance held in an ineligible account may be forfeited at 890bd's sole discretion following investigation.

Each user is permitted to hold one and only one 890bd account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances. When registering, you agree to:

Any communication purporting to request your password is fraudulent and should be reported to 890bd support immediately. 890bd accepts no liability for losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

Deposits

890bd accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a reasonable processing window depending on the payment method selected. 890bd does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 890bd accepts no responsibility.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned or forfeited pending investigation.
• 890bd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds at any time as part of its KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations.
• 890bd does not accept deposits made using credit facilities, borrowed funds, or funds obtained from illegal activities. Users are responsible for ensuring their deposit funds are legitimately sourced.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. To be eligible for a withdrawal, you must have completed identity verification (KYC) and must not have any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses. Processing times vary by payment method:

• bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval, subject to network availability.
• Card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 3–5 business days depending on your card issuer's processing schedule.

890bd offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses issued by 890bd unless otherwise stated in the offer-specific terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be used once per user. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times, including via duplicate accounts, constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

All bets and wagers placed on 890bd are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in which the bet is placed, as well as the following general betting rules that apply across all 890bd gaming verticals:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 890bd does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases where 890bd determines at its sole discretion that a technical error affected the outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market at the time of wagering.

• 890bd reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, that resulted from a technical malfunction, or that was placed in violation of these Terms. Any winnings arising from a voided bet will be removed from the user's account balance.

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) — set a maximum BDT deposit amount for any rolling period. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders — set an alert to notify you when you have been playing for a defined period of time.
• Reality checks — periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net financial position (total wagered minus total won for the current session).

• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or circumvent platform rules. This includes chip-dumping in poker, coordinated live casino betting strategies designed to exploit dealer patterns, and any form of match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Using the 890bd platform to launder money, process the proceeds of crime, or engage in any transaction that is illegal under applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with 890bd support.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with any part of the 890bd platform's technical infrastructure, including its APIs, game servers, odds feeds, or payment processing systems.

890bd cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally in relation to any investigation involving suspected illegal activity conducted via the platform. User account data and transaction records may be disclosed to relevant authorities pursuant to a lawful request or court order.

890bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; the user's request for self-exclusion; or where 890bd determines in its sole discretion that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other users, or the integrity of 890bd's gaming and betting operations.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided the closure is not the result of prohibited conduct. Accounts closed due to prohibited conduct, fraud, or Terms violations forfeit all associated balances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 890bd's total liability to any user in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of the funds held in that user's 890bd account at the time the claim arises. 890bd accepts no liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action.

890bd does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service outages (including payment processor downtime), or events outside 890bd's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. 890bd accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability caused by such events.

All intellectual property on the 890bd platform — including but not limited to the 890bd brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, and marketing materials — is owned by or licensed to 890bd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of 890bd's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

890bd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account on 890bd, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 890bd uses SSL encryption on all data transmissions and implements industry-standard security controls to protect user data from unauthorised access. 890bd does not sell or rent user personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
